I have a confession. I LOVE smoothies! I have one just about everyday. They are easy to make, fun to make, and you can create one out of just about anything you like. It can be a quick healthy meal replacement on the go, let’s say for breakfast like I do at times, or refreshing healthy drink in between meals. The following are two of my many favorites!
Banana Nut Smoothie
(Makes two serving)
2 Cups Almond Milk, Unsweetened
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter, Natural
1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1 Banana
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
Green Fiber Smoothie
(Makes two serving)
2 Cups Fresh Spinach
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 Cups Mixed fruit (strawberry, peach, pineapple mix)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 pear, core removed
