Bye, March. Hello, April! The first quarter of 2016 is over! It’s April and that’s not a joke.
We’ve all started (and maybe stopped) some resolutions. But it’s Spring….which means summer is right around the corner. Think flowers blooming, flowy dresses, floral patterns, weddings and lots of sunshine.This month, our focus is to create a “Fit You.” We want you to be spiritually, mentally, and physically fit, of course! So, stay tuned. We’ve got recipes, workouts and tips coming your way. Don’t forget to check out some of our smoothie recipes, which are great for breakfast, snacks or just for extra vitamin intake :-).
